- Display Bid Packages: Check this box if your new location will use bid packages for workforce scheduling. Bid packages are intended for workforce needs that are predictable and repetitive, where schedules remain consistent for long periods of time. If this option is selected, the following settings are made available:
- Must Start on First Day of Week: Select this option if the bid packages in this location must start on the day of the week specified by the "First Day of Week" setting.
- Must End on Last Day of Week: Select this option if the bid packages in this location must end on the last day of the week (as determined by using the "First Day of Week" setting).
- Display Schedule Builder: Check this box if your new location will use Schedule Builder for workforce scheduling. Schedule Builder is intended for workforce needs that change frequently, such as schedules that change every week or every few weeks. When this option selected, the following settings are made available:

- Display Alternate Schedule Bidding: Check this box if you want to use alternate schedule bidding at your new location. Alternate schedule bidding is for situations where you have a different (alternate) schedule for a period of time and want to have employees bid on shifts within that alternate schedule (a week-long training schedule, for example). If you check this box, Location Admins at your company will have an Alternate Schedule Bids tab in RosterApps.
- Allow Multiple Shift Edit: Check this box to allow supervisors to edit multiple shifts at your location. Use this feature with caution; when active it allows any supervisors to search for shifts with specific qualities and then to edit multiple shifts at once, which can have a large effect on your workforce. Best practice is to have this feature active for only the time required to make any necessary multiple shift edits and then to deactivate it immediately afterwards.
- Use Enhanced Vacation Bidding: Check this box if the location will be using the Enhanced Vacation Bidding (EVB) functionality. Turning this feature on will replace the Vacation Bids tab with an Enhanced Vacation Bids tab.
- Use Time and Attendance: Check this box if the location will be using the Time and Attendance functionality. This option will only be available for customers that have Time and Attendance enabled at the company level.
