ARCOS Platform Enhancements

Added Ability to Select and Apply Manual Charges to Multiple Employees

What is changing:

ARCOS has added the ability to select and apply Manual Charges to multiple employees concurrently.

A checkbox column has been added to each listed employee on the Manual Charge page within the Employee module allowing the user to select the employees requiring an adjustment. Click the Add Manual Charge/Credit button and all the selected employees are listed in the Manual Charge / Credit page. Select the Charge or Credit, Response, Reason, etc and the changes are applied to all when the Save button is selected.

UI updates have been made, as seen in the image below, and also affect the following pages:

• Schedule > Vacation Mgt > Employee Vac Mgt
• List Maintenance > OT
• Employee > Password
• Employee > Manual Charge
• Employee > View
• Employee > Security

Who is involved:

All ARCOS Mobile customers will receive this update.
