Once an activation template has been created, through the web application, it can be activated from the web application, VRU Inbound System and ARCOS Mobile. See the Creating an Activation section for more information on activation templates.
When activating a callout via ARCOS Mobile, you have the ability to change the callout reason, trouble location and custom message before submitting the callout.
To Activate a Callout

Tap the Callout button on the Home screen. The Callout Screen displays.

Tap the View Activations button. The list of activations within the preselected locations displays.

Tap on the Activation from the list you want to activate. The Activate Callout page displays.

Tap the Submit button to initiate the callout without making changes or skip this step and continue with step 6 to edit the callout prior to initiating.

Tap OK on the pop-up to confirm the launch. You are then returned to the View Open Callouts page.

Depending on your company settings, tapping the Edit link will take the user to either the Edit Callout page as seen in the image below and make the necessary changes to the callout, using the process for Create Callout or the Activations screen.

Remove any unnecessary sub-callouts, by unchecking the checkbox to the left of the sub-callout.

Tap the Submit button to complete the activation process.

Click OK on the pop-up to confirm the submit. You are then returned to the View Open Callouts page.
