1 Request Templates

• Allows the creation of templates for sending out requests for Responding Partner resources.

• These types can be included in resource requests (with appropriate permissions).

2 Resource Groups

• Allows the creation of new employee, vehicle and equipment types.

• These types can be included in resource requests (with appropriate permissions).

3 Request Teams

• Allows the management of groups within your organization that have the ability to view/edit/send resource requests.

• These types will allow users in your organization rights to interact with Responding Partners directly (with appropriate permissions).

4 Attribute Groups

• Allows the users with Crew Manager the ability to request crew attributes be exposed and completed directly by Responding Partners.

• Once completed by Responding Partners, the updated information will be available instantly in Crew Manager.

5 External Alerts

• Allows modifications of external alert preferences.

• Deliver options can be configured by alert type.
