1 Resource Allocation by Event
This pie chart identifies resources based on which event they’re allocated to, by Responding Partner. The numbers associated here are the number of individual line items requested in each event’s resource request, (ie: If you request 1 truck and 2 assessors for Event 1, Event 1 will have 3 resources associated with it). It documents in one easy view, exactly how many resources a user has for each Responding Partner allocation.
2 Active Requests by Status
This pie chart displays the status of each request and includes the total number of requests in a given status.
3 Resource Allocation Weekly Summary
This chart is a running weekly total of all resources that are allocated on open requests and the number of resources released.
4 Event
Events are displayed by:

Name Assigned to Event

As above, the top event, "Pole Setting and Tree Removal".

Functionality:

Clicking this will allow the user to edit the Name, Description, and Start Date of the event.
The Events list can be filtered by:

Request Team
-
These are identifiers previously created in the Request Team Administration tab.

As above, it reads “Example Group Name”.

Responding Partner
-
These are identifiers previously created in the Responding Partner tab.

As above, it reads “Amp Company - Main Amp Location”.
5 Requests
Requests can be created within a specific event by clicking on the Add Request button in the title row of that Event. For more on Adding a Request, go here.
Requests can be copied, rather than having to recreate to send to another Responding Partner, by clicking on any existing request in the list. For more, go here.
Requests are displayed by:

Name of Request

As above “Upstate Flooding”

Functionality:

Clicking this will take the user to the Resource Request display, allowing them to review or edit the request, depending on its status.

Delete Request
-
Automatically archives the request.
-
Request Team
-
Displays the Team making the Request.
-
History link - clock icon
-
Functionality:
-
This will display the Request Team’s status history, including Timestamps, Request Status, Users, and Organizations that affected the request.

Status
-
Displays current status of the request.

Possible statuses are:
-
NEW - Request has been created and saved, BUT NOT sent to Responding Partner(s).
-
INITIATED - Request has been sent to Responding Partner(s).
-
PENDING - Request submitted by the Responding Partner for review.
-
COUNTER - A request that has been modified and requires further review.
-
ACCEPTED - A request that has been accepted by both parties.
-
FILLED - A request that has allocated resources.
-
CLOSED - A completed request.

Date
-
The date the request was created
-
Qty Requested/Option
-
The number of required resources requested and the optional amount. The optional amount is, in addition to the required amount, resources the Responding Partner has to offer that may be useful to the event and the Requester would accept.

Qty Requested/Option Filled

The number of resources filled.
6 Buttons
Also displayed at the top of the window for easier navigation.

Add Event

To create a new event, the user clicks this button. The user is taken to the Event Details screen. For information on that screen, go here.

Archived Events/Requests
-
Closed requests are automatically archived, click to view the list.

Release Resources
-
Only for FILLED resource requests. Release people on those crews, back to home location or back to the Responding Partner. Can release for entire event, down to line item detail.
