Viewing & Editing Swap Records

Swaps that have been created within ARCOS Can be viewed four ways: Employee Roster List Swaps page, Roster View, Roster List Maintenance, and Callout List Report.

Editing Swaps via Employee Roster List Swaps Page

1. Click the Swaps button on the List Mnt tab.

2. Click the edit link next to the record you want to modify. The Employee Roster List Swaps page will display.

3. Make the necessary changes. - OR -

Click the End Now button to end the Swap now. - OR -

Click the Start Now button to start the Swap immediately.

Note: This can only be done if the Swap has not started yet.

4. Click the Save button.

Note: If the Swap record has already begun, the Swap Start will not be edit able and any modifications to the employees will cause the current Swap to end immediately and a new Swap record created for the changes.

Note: If the Swap record has ended, the Description field will be the only item edit able.

Viewing Swaps via Employee Roster List Swaps Page

Clicking the Swaps button on the List Mnt tab will display a list of all current and future Swaps for your current location. You can modify the search date range by checking the Enable Date Range checkbox and using the calendar icons to select the Start and End Date of your search; this date range will be remembered while you are logged into ARCOS.

Note: The Swap Start will be italicized if the Swap has already begun.

 

Viewing Swaps via Roster View

1. Click the Roster List Ordering button on the List Mnt tab.

2. Click the view link next to the roster the employee(s) is on. The Roster List View page will display.

   

Note: Only current Swaps will be displayed here, unless the roster date is changed. The employee being swapped out must be on the list.

 

Viewing Swaps via Roster Maintenance Page

1. Click the Roster List Ordering button on the  List Mnt tab.

2. Click the Maint link for the roster the employee being swapped out is on. The List Maintenance page will display for the current list.

   

Note: Only Swaps where the employee being swapped out is on the roster will display on the List Maintenance page.
