Cut Off

The Cut Off sort preference is a textbox used to determine the number of days prior to the roster's resequence date that OT Hours will be applied.

Note: The Cut Off sort preference works in conjunction with HrsSort and Resequence options.

Example: If a roster has a date of Monday, September 6, 2021, the roster would normally use any OT hours to sort the list that were entered for a date prior to Monday, September 6, 2021. The CutOff roster preference can be used to make the roster only use hours that were entered prior to Friday, September 3, 2021 00:00, by entering a cut off of 4.

1. • BaseDate: 08/30/2021 00:00

   • Period: 14

   • NumRosters: 2 (Unless roster will be used for Sign-on list or an On-call list, then you may want to be able to see more list at a time.)

   • Cascade: Should be checked if employee changes will carry forward to future lists.

   • CutOff: 4 (For 4 days prior to the resequence date.)

Note: The Cut Off sort preference does not allow the hours that will be applied to the list to be restricted by the time that they are for.
