AOTNSTB - Any Matching OT Hours Sort by Previous Position

The AOTNSTB sort roster preference determines how to handle ties on a list if employees have any matching overtime hours. When enabled, employees with matching overtime hours are sorted by their position on the previous list. If not enabled employees with matching hours are sorted by Seniority Date.
