The bottom section of the admin page contains preferences for the roster list. The options you see here are based on your company's set up in Super Config as ARCOS was deployed for you. Your company may not have some of the options discussed here and your admin screen may look different, depending on the options your company uses.

Description |
When the Add After Pointer sort preference is enabled, new employees are added to the list right after the employee with the pointer instead of being added to the bottom of the list. |
When enabled lists are sorted by alphabetical order by last name. |

The Hours Sort roster preference allows list to be sorted in acceding order by Overtime Hours. |
The List Adjust sort roster preference determines how new employees are sorted into a list when the list is sorted by Sticks. When List Adjust is enabled for a workgroup, an employee will receive one more stick than the lowest person on the list. |
The Maintain Sort roster preference, is used in conjunction with another sort preference to keep employees sorted by the correct attribute (Example: Hours, Seniority Date, Sticks, etc.) when a new employee is added to a list. |
The New Adjust sort roster preference determines how new employees are sorted into a Primary Class list when the list is sorted by Sticks. When New Adjust is enabled for a Primary Class list, an employee will receive one more stick than the lowest person on the list. |
The ReSort roster preference is a textbox that determines when a list will automatically resort by the selected criteria. ReSort is generally used for rolling lists that reset or "resort" by OT hours or seniority date on a weekly basis. |
When Reverse sort is enabled, employees are sorted by hours with the greatest number of hours at the top of the list and least amount of hours at the bottom of the list. |
The Roster Freeze Day roster preference is used with a daily rotating list (Rotate set to one and the Resequence Period set to one). When the Roster Freeze Day roster preference is set and the list contains a multiple of seven employees, ARCOS will "freeze" the list on the specified day of the week and will not rotate the list. This behavior prevents an employee from being the first person on the list every Saturday. |
The Rotate sort roster preference is a textbox that determines the number of employees that will be moved from the top of the list to the bottom of the list when the list resequences. |
The Seniority Sort roster preference, when enabled, sorts lists by Seniority Date. |

The Stick Counts sort preference, when enabled, is used to sort list in acceding order by Sticks. Sticks are a way of counting how many times an employee has been called for a callout. |
The Service Date sort roster preference, when enabled, sorts lists by Service Date. |
The Tie Breaker OT sort roster preference determines how employees are sorted if they have the same overtime hours. |
The Vehicle Rotate sort preference has two different options within it the determines the way vehicles are rotated within a list. |
The ZOTNSTB sort roster preference determines how to handle ties on a list if employees have zero hours. When enabled, employees with zero hours are sorted by their position on the previous list. |
