Enabling a Roster to Observe Swaps

Swaps are observed on all lists that are enabled to use Swaps and is not applied to all list in the chain. Below are directions on how to enable Swaps for a roster. Click here to view how to create a Swap record for an employee.

To Enable a Roster to Observe Swaps

1. Click on the Roster List Ordering button on the List Mnt tab.

2. Click the Admin link on the roster you want to enable.

Note: If your list has multiple chains then select the chain you want to enable. You can only enable one chain at a time.

3. Check the Swaps checkbox in the Callout Options section.

   

4. Click the Save Changes button.
