The Qualify No roster preference is a textbox that allows users to determine when employees who responded with a result of Qualify No will be called back. Employees can be called back before calling the next list in the chain, before calling a list from a different location, or before calling a list from a different level 3 location.
-
If the textbox is set to null, employees will be called back based on the company's Qualify No default setting. This can be found on your company's Customer Configuration Guide.
Customer Configuration Guide
The Customer Configuration Guide lists all preferences and defaults that are specific to your company.

If the textbox is set to 0, employees will be called back before calling employees from a different Level 3.
Example: If an employee in the Northland-Journeyman Lineman Splicer list responds with a Qualify No response, he will be called back before the Trenton-Journeyman Lineman Splicer list is called.
-
If the textbox is set to 1, employees will be called back before calling the next list in the chain.
Example: If an employee in the Northland-Journeyman Lineman Splicer list responds with a Qualify No response, he will be called back before the Northland-Journeyman Cable Splicer list is called.
-
If the textbox is set to 2, employees will be called back before calling lists from another location.
Example: If an employee in the Northland-Journeyman Lineman Splicer list responds with a Qualify No response, he will be called back before the Front & Manchester-Journeyman Lineman Splicer list is called.
