No Serial Callout Option

When the NoSerial roster preference is enabled for a roster, ARCOS will ignore the serial calling logic for only that roster if serial calling is enabled for the callout.

Example:

A callout has serial calling enabled.

Sub-Callout	NoSerial Enabled?
Foreman	No
Lineman	No
Apprentice	No
Stockroom Worker	Yes

When the callout above is initiated, ARCOS will call the Foreman and Stockroom Worker lists at the same time and will not call the Lineman until all requested Foreman positions are filled or the Apprentice list until all requested Lineman positions are filled, following the serial calling logic.

In this example, if the Stockroom Worker list did not have the NoSerial roster preference enabled, the list would not be called until all requested Apprentice positions are filled.
