The bottom section of the admin page contains preferences for the roster list. The options you see here are based on your company's set up in Super Config as ARCOS was deployed for you. Your company may not have some of the options discussed here and your admin screen may look different, depending on the options your company uses.

The Barrel roster preference is used to enable the Crew in a Barrel callout rule for a roster. The value entered in the textbox is the number of minutes ARCOS will delay before calling the next crew. |

The Barrel 2 roster preference allows multiple crews to exist on a single list and allow ARCOS to call only the first crew on the list. |

The Blast roster preference enforces Blast Calling to be used for the roster regardless if it is enabled or not for the callout. |

Closest-to-Trouble Roster Preference |
The CTT roster preference is a textbox that determines how the list will be called when called in a Closest-to-Trouble callout. This roster preference supports three calling methods: roster order, Closest-to-Trouble order and Service Center closest to trouble with employees in roster order. |
The Default Quantity roster preference is a textbox the controls what the default number of requested employees will be when a callout is created for the list. |

The Do not Call Again roster preference when enabled enforces the "Do not Call Again" rule. |

When checked, ARCOS sends e-mails to employees with e-mail devices when they are called for the callout. |

The E-mail Delay roster preference is a textbox that allows the user to specify the number of minutes to delay between sending e-mails to the employee's e-mail devices and calling the employee's first device. |

The Employee Delay roster preference is a textbox that allows the user to specify the number of minutes to delay between calling employees on the selected roster. |

The ExAH roster preference is a checkbox that determines if employees will be available for All Hands callouts or not. |

The ExAND roster preference, when enabled, ARCOS will excuse all results except for declines. (Employees who respond with a declined result will still be charged.) |

The Exclusive roster preference is a checkbox that defines if employees will be available for callouts on other lists. |

First Accept Pointer: The First Accept Pointer works in conjunction with the Pointer roster preference. When both are enabled for a list, the first person to accept the callout (chronologically) will retain the pointer for the next callout. |

The First Pass Free roster preference, when enabled, enables the First Pass Free charging rule on a per roster basis. |

The Inactive roster preference is a textbox that allows a time frame to be set for when a list is not available for callouts. |

The JARule-1 roster preference is a checkbox that used to enforce the Journeyman/Apprentice rule per a roster basis. |

The JvsA roster preference is a textbox which only allows input of the list being an Apprentice or Journeyman list. If the list is an Apprentice list the number of required accepted Journeyman can also be entered per roster basis. |

If this attribute is selected with the Pointer option and the Last Accept Pointer, the roster becomes a pointer list with the pointer being used to determine who is called first on callouts; the lowest person on the list to accept the callout will have the pointer when the next callout is created for the list. |

When the Normal Only roster preference is enabled, the roster will only appear on the Roster Picker table for Normal callouts. |

The Number of Devices roster preference is a textbox that allows the maximum number of devices called to be restricted per roster basis, regardless of the number of devices allowed on the Employee Modify page. |

The Number On-Call roster preference consist of two parts. The first part is a checkbox on the Roster List Administration page, call NumOnCall. This will enable the roster to support the On-Call functionality. he second part is a textbox on the List Maintenance page the is used to determine the number of employees at the top of the list who will be on-call. |

When a roster with the On-Call Only roster preference enabled is selected for a callout or notification, only employees on the On-Call or On-Call Backup status are considered for the callout or notification. All other employees on the list are considered unavailable for the callout and are bypassed by the system. |

The Override Non-Accept Penalty roster preference is used to automatically override employees who are on the 212 Unavailable exception (assigned by the Non-Accept Penalty rule) when a callout is created for the list. |

When a callout is created for a list with Shift Pref enabled, ARCOS will sort employees, for the callout, by the closest shift start time to the start time of the callout within the same calendar day (midnight to midnight). If an employee does not have a shift record within the selected calendar day, their shift is fully masked, or they are already working a shift, then the employee will be sorted at the bottom of the list in roster order. |

The Start Lap and End Lap roster preferences are used to determine number of minutes an employee must be available before or after a working record before they can be considered for a callout, or the number of minutes a callout can overlap an employee's shift or other working record before they can be considered for the callout. |

The Roster Preference, StbyDev, in the Callout Options table on the Roster List Admin page must be enabled (checked) in order for ARCOS to call the employee's designated Standby device first when the roster is selected for callout. |
