Below is a list of roster preferences that appear in the General section of the Roster List Administration and Preferences page. These options do not affect callout functionality in any way.
Roster Preference |
Description |
When checked, the roster is flagged as a bargaining unit roster. Callouts that are created with the Bargaining Unit roster preference enabled can be filtered on the Callout Audit Report. |
When an employee is added or removed from a roster, the employee receives an e-mail containing a calendar invite. This allows the employees to readily know when they will be on the on-duty roster, and plan their personal and work schedules accordingly. |
A user can enter a comment up to 500 characters long in the Comment field. This comment can be viewed on the Callout Create page by clicking the cmt? link in the Roster Picker for that list. |
The Loader Rules roster preference is used to determine if the SEA Status Extended Employee Attribute needs to have a value for the employee for them to be added to the roster based Roster Rule Builder or not. |
When the Mask checkbox is checked, the list will not be selectable for the Availability by Roster report. |
When the NoAdd roster preference is checked employees can no longer be added to the list via List Maint > Add Employees, List Maint > Future Assignments or the Employee Modify page. |
The Percent roster preference is a textbox that allows the required availability percentage to be set at the roster level. If an employee requests personal time that will make the percentage of available people only the list below the roster's required percentage, the ARCOS user will not be able to add the personal time record to the employee. |
