Employees can be placed on Schedule Exception any time they are not working, using the Schedule Exception screen. The exception can start immediately or can be set for some time in the future. For example, if an employee's vacation schedule is known several months in advance, it can be entered into ARCOS immediately instead of waiting until the vacation begins.
To Delete a Schedule Exception
-
Click the Schedule tab. The Schedule screen displays
-
Click Schedule Exception. The Employee Schedule Exception list displays.
Note: If your company uses the Schedule Exception Timeline functionality, a button with that name displays at the top of the Schedule Exception page. The Schedule Exception Timeline page provides a timeline view of the schedule exceptions for employees for any 14 day period you select.
-
Select the employee for whom you wish to delete an exception. The Schedule Exceptions screen displays.
Note: If your company uses the Quick Create Schedule Exception functionality, a button with that name displays at the top of the Schedule Exception page for the selected employee. The Quick Create Schedule Exception page provides a different layout for entering the exception information for the employee.
-
Select the Delete checkbox to the right of the appropriate Schedule Exception.
-
Click Save.
Note: In previous versions of ARCOS, you could delete a callout working schedule record through the Schedule Exceptions page. However, that is no longer true. Now, if you try to delete a schedule record for a future callout, you will receive an error. The suggested method to delete a future callout record is to use the Correct Responses page.
