Card View
The Crew Mode Panels Toolbar houses the buttons that give users access to the different options that are available in the crew mode.
Screen items are listed below in the order they are pointed out in the above image from left to right.
Panels

Resource Panel: When clicked, the Resource Panel displays to the left of the page and allows the user to search across all resources associated.

Timeline Panel: When clicked, the timeline view of Crew Manager displays. The timeline view is a horizontal representation of employees' schedules.

Work Orders Panel: When clicked, the Work Orders Panel displays at the bottom of the page and allows the user to search across all work orders within the selected time frame.
Add Buttons

Add Crew: Allows the user to create a new crew.

Add Member: Allows the user to add an employee or employees to the selected crew.

Add Schedule Record: Allows the user to add a schedule record to the selected employee.

Add/Modify Storm Shifts: Allows the user to add a storm shift to the selected employees or modify the selected employees' current storm shifts.

Copy Resources: Allows the user to duplicate selected Resources.
Current Selections
-
Number of Crews: Displays the number of crews selected.
Note: Only one member of a crew needs to be selected in order for the crew to be counted as selected.

Clear Crew Selection: Clicking the "X" next to the number of crews deselects the crews/members.

Number of Members: Displays the number of members currently selected.

Clear Member Selection: Clicking the "X" next to the number of members deselects the members.

Number of Resources: Displays the number of resources currently selected.

Clear Resource Selection: Clicking the "X" next to the number of resources deselects all selected.
Restore Data

Restore Data Back Button: Restores data from a previous PIT.

Restore Data Forward Button: Restores data from this PIT to NOW.
Callout Options

Create Callout: This allows the user to create a callout to the selected member(s).

Permanent Mode: When moving crew members or crews around, the assignment change can either be temporary or permanent. Clicking the Permanent Mode button allows the user to make "permanent" changes to assignments. Meaning, the members or crews that were changed will never be automatically changed back to their previous state by ARCOS.

Duration Mode: When moving crew members or crews around, the assignment change can either be temporary or permanent. Clicking the Duration Mode button allows the user to select how long the assignment change will be active (in hours).

Zoom Control: The Zoom Control slide is used to determine the time increments that are displayed on the timeline. The user can select anywhere from one minute to one day increments with the larger increments being on the left hand side of the slide.

Do NOT load schedule data: When checked, schedules are not loaded. This means attributes that reference schedule records will NOT display information based on the members' current statuses.
Grid View
If in Grid View, the user will see the toolbar displayed below.
Filtering Options

Clear Refinements: Clear any applied column filters.

Clear Sorting: Clear all column sorting.

Hide Checkboxes: Remove individual checkboxes.
Callout Options

Create Callout: This allows the user to create a callout to the selected member(s).

Create Siren: This allows the user to create a Siren notification to the selected member(s).
Panels
-
Group Summary and Notes: Toggles the Group Summary Panel on and off.
Selection
-
Select All: Clicking this button will select all categories.

De-select All: Clicking this button will de-select all checked categories.
