1 Add Role
Click to create a new role and the Add Role window opens:

Enter the Functional Area, Organizational Element, a Role Title, save and the Role is added to the list.
2 Hide ICS Standard Roles
Toggle to hide the preconfigured roles from the list.
3 Role List
This list displays all current roles available to the Response Group.

Hide Role in Forms

Toggle on to hide unused Roles from the selection display lists throughout the system.

Role Name
-
Click to open Edit Role window, similar to the Add Role window above.

Number of Qualified Employees

Displays the number of employees qualified to fill that Role.

Clicking that number will open the list of qualified employees, their class, and contact information.

Employees can be removed from the list.

Click the Add Assignment button to add employees who qualify for the Role assignment. For more information, go here.

Number of Templates Using
-
Displays the number of Templates this Role is included in.

Actions
-
Copy allows the user to copy existing Role and move to a different Functional Area or Organizational Element and rename if necessary.
