Coverage Teams

Here the user can assign qualified employees to their Roles, create the Schedules and define the call ordering for the Employees and the backup individuals.

1  Add Coverage Team

Click to Add a new Coverage Team. For details, go here.

2  Coverage Team

List The list of existing Coverage Teams includes:

• Team Name - Click to edit this Team.

• Roles - The number of Roles in the Team.

• Assigned Schedule - Displayed is the teams Daily Schedule, click to edit. For more on the Daily Schedule, go here.

• Edit Schedule - Click to edit the Coverage Schedule. For more, go here.

• Copy - Clicking copies this Coverage Team.

• Delete - Click to delete the Team.
