Clicking on the Severity Level will open the Add Template window:
Here the user can create a new Template with a Single Role. Or select the source of the new Template from the list which can be filtered by Type and Severity.
Create the new Template by clicking the Add symbol in the Actions column.
Once added, the Template opens displaying the Roles included in a hierarchy workflow.
1 Template Summary
This quick view summary of the selected template includes:

Severity Level

The level can be edited by clicking Overflow Ellipses, or “more options” in the top right corner and select.

If the selected level doesn’t exist, the following window will appear with options to precede.

Move
-
Allows the user to move the existing template to the new severity level, replacing the previous level.

Move with Copy
-
Duplicates existing Template and creates entirely new severity level.

Cancel
-
Cancels the process.

Roles
-
How many Roles or Staff included in this template. Addition or removal of staff will be reflected here.

Phases
-
Displays what Phase the Template is currently in.

Click the Overflow Ellipses, or “more options” in the top right corner to add or edit the Phase. For more on Phases, go here.
2 View Navigation Panel
Click to view the entire organizational tree including all staff involved in the scenario.
Click on any Role from the Navigation Panel to access and edit.
3 Roles
All Roles included in the Scenario are displayed individually, from the chain of command and staff involved where the user can customize or edit.
This field displays:

Role Title

Clicking the title allows the user to Add New Role, add a Location and customize the Role name displayed.

Function - The Functional Area the Role is categorized as.

Phase - The Phase the Incident is currently in.

Staff - The amount of subordinate staff involved in the Incident.

Location - The assigned Location for this Role.

Documents - Displays any Documents attached to the Role.

Actions button

Click this button to Add Document Route. For more, go here.

Add Staff button

A window similar to the above Edit Incident Role window opens and allows the user to add staff.
If staff included in the scenario is not needed, the role can be removed by clicking the delete icon within the window. Removing a Role also removes all staff associated and the change is reflected in the summary at the top of the template.
