Response Scenarios

Response Scenarios are created to govern the organizational response by including the key Roles needed for any given incident based on it’s severity. By selecting a severity the system is aware of what Roles to Callout automatically, speeding up the response process.

Click the Add Scenario button at the top of the window opens the following window. Enter the name and save. 

Once the new Scenario Type is added the user can add a Severity Level Template. These levels, 1 - 5, are used to define the overall magnitude of the event. Add a template, by clicking on that level, to create its own organizational structure, including what Roles are to be filled during an active Incident. Click on a Scenario from the list to edit. Remove by clicking the delete icon .
