ARCOS Incident Manager is a cloud-based, mobile incident management solution that automates the planning, staffing, management and routing of required communications of emergency response teams, enabling rapid mobilization, management of resources and information so that utilities can respond faster and reduce cost.
Incident Manager is designed for the ICS emergency management needs of the utility industry and provides a single platform that can be used to manages the resources required to plan, respond, restore and report on emergency incidents.
1 Incidents
This tab displays all Incidents for selected Events. It is here that the user can create new Events, create Incident(s) for a selected Event Team and choose scenario and severity level for the Incident. As well as view Incident Roles, create Callouts, check employees in, and access report for specific Incident.
Incident Manager automatically keeps dashboard information on this view up to date including a summary of Filled, Missing and Inactive Roles. View real-time acceptance and check-in of Employees in the organizational chart.
2 Check In/Out
This tab allows for the user to Check In or Check Out employees of specific locations during active Incidents.
3 Documents
In this tab the user can attach new or search for previously added documents that are necessary during an event and automatically route to specific Roles, based on what trigger is set.
4 Administration
This tab allows the user to establish and perform all the needed administrative duties such as:

Create Response Groups, assign users and define Permissions

Build Coverage Teams with Qualified Employees

Generate and Assign Coverage Schedules

Create Scenarios based on Severity Levels

Establish Locations important to the management of an Incident

Create Roles and Manage the Employees assigned
5 Manual Log Entry
Allows the user to manually configure and enter log entries into the Incident Manager log.
6 Response Group
Select the Response Group responsible for handling the incident displayed in the dashboard and tasks being performed during the session.
