The Individual Call Detail report contains the digit collection results. See Creating an Inbound Activity Report for instructions on accessing Inbound - Individual Call Detail reports. See Outbound Digit Collection via the Report Tab or via View Open Callouts for instructions on accessing Outbound reports. The details show how the employee responded to ARCOS during the callout.

Digits Received Table |
|
Column |
|
Running Time |
This is the number minutes/seconds into the call the digits were pressed.
For example, using the two images above, we can determine what time the employee entered their PIN. The call started at 08:52:05 and the employee entered their PIN 29 seconds into call meaning their PIN was entered at 08:52:34. Note: For security purposes, some customers have their system configured so that the PIN is not listed in the Digits Received table. |
Digits |
The digits the employee entered at the given time. Note: If a set of digits is ignored by the system due to the time they entered, the digits will appear with ign at the end of them. |
