All Inbound and Outbound calls in ARCOS are recorded and saved in an audio file. The files can be accessed through the Individual Call Detail report.
All recordings are saved in a .vox format and must be played in an audio player that plays .vox files.
When configuring your audio player, choose Dialogic (vox) as the file format, ADPCM 4 bit, 6000 Hz, mono for the attributes.

Display an Individual Call Detail Report using one of the following procedures:

Click the Download link in the Recording field. The File Download window displays. - OR -
If your company has the ability, click the DownloadAsWav link to download the recording as a .wav file.

Click Open. The audio player opens and is ready to play the audio file.
Note: If your audio player does not automatically open, please follow the instructions in Associating an Audio Player to the .vox Format.
Note: For .vox files, your audio player should have the following settings: Telephony (or Dialogic ADPCM), 4-bit VOX ADPCM and 6000 HZ sample rate. For .ulaw files your audio player should have the following settings: Dialogic, u-Law 8000 HZ and 64 kbps.

Click Play. The audio file plays.
