Accessing Outbound Digit Collection via View Open Callouts

Digit Collection results are displayed on the Individual Call Detail screen. This screen can be accessed either via the Report tab or through the View Open Callouts screen. The instructions here discuss displaying the Outbound results of Digit Collection through the View Open Callouts screen. See Individual Call Detail for a detailed explanation of the screen.

1. Click the Callout tab. The Callout screen displays.

2. Click View. The View Open Callouts screen displays.

3. Click the Callout ID link of the callout you wish to view. The Callout Detail Screen displays.

4. Click the CO ID link. The Call Detail Report screen displays.

5. Click the Detail link in the Call Progress History table for the employee you wish to view. The Individual Call Detail screen displays.
