Digit Collection results are displayed on the Individual Call Detail screen. This screen can be accessed either via the Reports tab or through the View Open Callouts screen. The instructions here discuss displaying the Outbound results of Digit Collection through the Reports tab. See Individual Call Detail for a detailed explanation of the screen.

Click the Reports tab. The Reports screen displays.

Click Callout Detail. The Callout Detail Reports screen displays.

Click Callout Detail. The Callout Detail Report setup screen displays.

Select a Parent Company, Business Unit, Division, and OpCenter from the respective dropdown lists.
Note: You can click and drag or <Ctrl> + click to select multiple business units, divisions, or opcenters.

Select a start date using Start Date calendar icon.

Select an end date using the End Date calendar icon.

Select one or multiple Callout Classes (optional).

Select one or multiple Callout Types (optional).

Click Generate Report, if you wish to display the report in the same window, -OR-
Click Generate in New Window to leave the current window open and display the report in a new window, -OR-
Click Reset to reset the filter selections to the default and return to step 4 to start the selection process again. The list of callouts that meet the selected criteria displays.

Click the Callout ID link for the callout you wish to view. The selected Call Detail Report displays.

Click the number in the Callout ID column to view the Callout Detail Report for the selected callout.

Click the Detail link for the information you wish to view. The Individual Call Detail data displays on the screen. If available, there is also a link to the recording.
