This is a custom feature so not all companies have this. The Bat Phone feature restricts employees' access to call Inbound and enter their On Site Time. ARCOS uses the inbound caller's Caller ID to determine if the employee will be given the option to enter their On Site Time. Meaning employees can only enter their On Site Time from select phones within the company.
After an employee has entered their On Site Time, ARCOS will automatically adjust their callout Work Start Time to match their On Site Time. Once employees have returned from their work they must call inbound via a Bat Phone and release themselves from the callout by entering their Clockout Time. ARCOS will then use the entered Clockout Time as the Work End Time for the callout working record.
Note: Employees can not accept callouts by calling Inbound from a Bat Phone. Employees can only release themselves from work via Bat Phone.
With this functionality there are some items for reporting
-
On the Accepts Summary Report, if an employee has not called inbound and entered their On Site Time the comment field for their accept will display their ETA they entered when the position was accepted.
-
On the Accepts Summary Report, if an employee has called inbound and entered their On Site Time the comment field for their accept will display "Clocked-In" they entered when the position was accepted.
-
In Employee Status Change Report, the time the employee entered their On Site Time can be viewed along with their Work Start Time being modified.
