As discussed in the Inbound VRU System, employees have the option to call ARCOS to test their contact numbers. In fact, most employers encourage their employees to test the contact numbers and make their family members aware of the system in the process. Most companies have internal procedures to follow, and those would apply before any instructions found here. The instructions listed here are generic in nature and your company Inbound system selections may vary slightly from the steps as outlined in this procedure.
-
Call the ARCOS QA Inbound VRU System.
-
Enter your Company Code, if required.
-
Enter your Employee ID.
-
