Extended Attributes Matrix

The Extended Attributes Matrix section, under the Employee tab, contains two pages: Extended Attribute Rules Configuration and Extended Attributes Matrix.

The Extended Attributes Rules Configuration page is used to mass update Extended Employee Attributes that are assigned to employees. Attributes are mass updated by building a list of employees based on current assignments (similar to the Roster Rule Builder) and then updating specific attributes.

The Extended Attributes Matrix page allows an easy way to run a report of employees' current attribute assignments. Once the report is generated, users can also update individual assignments as needed.
