Not all companies have this feature. Scheduled Employee Modifications gives administrators the ability to schedule when an employee will move to a different location, change classifications, or both. Scheduled Employee Modifications work similar to future assignments except there is no end date to the assignment.
To Add a Location Change

Go to the Employee Modify page for the employee.

Scroll down to the bottom of the page.

Select Location in the first drop-down.

Select the location the employee will move to in the second drop-down.

Click the Calendar icon, select the date and time the employee will switch locations.

Click the Save Data button.
To Add a Classification Change

Go to the Employee Modify page for the employee.

Scroll down to the bottom of the page.

Select Classification in the first drop-down.

Select the employee's new classification in the second drop-down.

Click the Calendar icon, select the date and time the employee will change classifications.

Click the Save Data button.
Note: If you wish to add several schedule changes for the same employee you will need to return to the Employee Modify page for the employee for each modification.

Deleting a Scheduled Employee Modification.

Go to the Employee Modify page for the employee.

Scroll down to the bottom of the page.

Check the Delete checkbox next to the modifications you want to delete.

Click the Save Data button.
Note: After a Scheduled Employee Modification has taken affect, the Scheduled Modification cannot be deleted. To undo the change you can create a new Scheduled Employee Modification or change the employee's location or classification manually.
