The Save Data and Edit Roster Assignments function can be used to add new employees to rosters, modify an employee's roster assignments after changing their primary class or location, or remove an employee from a deleted roster. Also, if an employee who is no longer with the company, they can be deleted from all assigned rosters at once after their status is changed to Deleted.
While the act of simply deleting a roster does not delete the employees from that roster, you can add or remove employees from a deleted roster using the Save Data and Edit Roster Assignments button at the bottom of the Employee Modify page. See Restoring a Deleted Roster for more information about working with deleted rosters.
