Once an employee has been entered into ARCOS, if you have the correct permissions, you can edit or modify that information. This screen provides access to reset the employee's VRU PIN or Web password, if requested. You can also update address information, change location, classification, security group, location access, and status. You can also add phone numbers and change the call order sequence for existing devices.
The Modify page also provides access to the Additional Skills Page where you can identify additional skills an employee has. Access the Additional Skills Page by clicking the Save Data and Edit Additional Skills button located at the bottom of the Employee record. Not all companies use this feature, so your Employee record page may not have an Additional Skills button.
To Modify an Employee's Record in ARCOS

Click the Employee tab. The Employee screen displays.

Click Modify. The Employee MODIFY screen displays.

Select the appropriate Employee Name from the list.

Make the desired changes to the employee record. See Employee Screen Definitions for more information about each field on the employee record page.

Click Save Data to save the changes and return to the Employee MODIFY screen. You will receive a message telling you which employee was modified. The total number of Active and Inactive employees displays at the bottom of the employee list.
Note: If the Security Group to which you assign an employee is an admin-level group, the Security Group field background will be yellow .
