Once an employee is established in ARCOS, they need to record their name for the callout system and test their contact numbers.
To Manually Enter New Employees into ARCOS

Click the Employee tab. The Employee screen displays.

Click Add. The Employee Administration - ADD screen displays.

Enter the employee data as necessary. See Employee Screen Definitions for information about each field.
Note: None of the fields in the Add Employee page can contain leading or trailing spaces. For example, the VRU ID and Web ID fields cannot contain leading or trailing spaces. If an ID gets copied from another application and pasted into ARCOS, a trailing space could be included at the end, so ARCOS contains Javascript that validates the VRU_ID and WEB_ID fields to prevent a leading or trailing space from being introduced with an ID.

Click Save Data. The new employee is set up in ARCOS.
