Vehicle Type Administration

This feature, found in the Sys Admin module, is not used by all companies within ARCOS. Vehicle Type Administration allows you to add, modify, and delete vehicles. When you create a new vehicle, you can assign a color to the name, making it easier to track in reports that have several different vehicles shown. These vehicles can then be assigned to employees in the Employee>Modify screen. Companies who use this screen to create and assign vehicles are likely to also use the Vehicle Crew Tracking and Vehicle On Call reports that are discussed in the Custom Reports section of this Help.

Instructions for adding, modifying, and deleting vehicles are found on the Vehicle Type Administration screen located in Sys Admin>Vehicle Type. You can also add vehicles on the Vehicle Maintenance screen.
