The Major Events page allows you to assign currently active callouts to a Major Event for use in RoD.
RoD
Stands for Resources on Demand which is a third-party application from MacroSoft™ that provides web-enabled emergency resource management for utility companies. RoD manages resource requests, tracks personnel movements, and supports logistics during a large-scale restoration event.
If you know the Event ID, you can search for the ID or you can simply locate the event in the list and add callouts to it. A callout can also be assign to a Major Event when creating the callout on the Callout Edit page. The Callout Edit page contains a Major Event attribute for this purpose. To assign individual employees who may or may not be currently working to a Major Event, use the Assign Major Event page in List Maintenance.
