Extended Employee Attributes are used in conjunction with the ARCOS Business Continuity Module. Extended Employee Attributes are defined in ARCOS by using the web interface. After Extended Employee Attributes are configured in the system, they can be assigned to employees. Depending on your system's configuration the Extended Employee Attributes can be assigned to employees via web service, data load, or on the Employee Modify page. See the article: Searching for an Employee Using Extended Attributes to learn more about searching for employees using their assigned Extended Employee Attributes.
Note: Extended Employee Attributes are automatically added to the list of available Quals (Qualifications) on the Callout Create page. Any modifications to an extended attribute's name are also automatically reflected on the Callout Create page.
