This alert type is part of the ARCOS Vacation Management Module. A VacMgtEmpAlert2, for Vacation Management Employee Alert, is triggered when a new HRI file is loaded that causes an employee to have a negative value in the HRI Remaining vs ARCOS Pending column, which is calculated by: [HRI Hours Entitled + Hours Adjusted] - [HRI Hours Used + ARCOS Pending]. The VacMgtEmpAlert2 will also be sent if a vacation record is added to an employee and an override occurs allowing the employee to use more than what they have available.
Note: This alert will be sent once a day until the employee's hours return to zero or a positive number.
To Subscribe a User to Location

Click the Alerts tab in the Sys Admin module.

Click the Alerts by Location button in the Alerts Admin column on the Alerts page. The Alerts Admin by Location page displays.

Select the location or locations you wish to view and click the Submit button. The list of employees currently assigned in that location display.

Click Add Employees for Alerts.

Select the employee from the Employee dropdown list.

Click the checkbox for the VacMgtEmpAlert2 column to subscribe the employee.

Click the Save button.
Note: An employee must be enabled to receive Alerts before they can be enabled to receive System-Wide Alerts. See Enabling an Employee for details.
