This allows you to view and assign employees to receive Alerts on the System Level. Not all companies have alerts available in this category.
To Subscribe a User to Location

Click the System-Wide Alerts link in the Alerts Admin column on the Alerts page. The Alert Admin Details by System page displays.

Click Add Employees for Alerts. The Location Selector with the current location displays.

Select the employee from the Employee dropdown list.

Click the checkbox for the Alert Types to which you wish to subscribe this employee.

Click Save.
Note: An employee must be enabled to receive Alerts before they can be enabled to receive System-Wide Alerts. See Enabling an Employee for details.
