Setting an Account E-mail Address

A user may will need to set an account e-mail address in order to use the Forgot Password link on the login page.

To Set your Account E-mail Addresses

1. Login to ARCOS.

2. Mouseover Username and select My Account Admin from the dropdown menu. The My Account Admin page loads.
   

3. Type your account e-mail address in an e-mail filed.

 

4. Click the Account box for the e-mail address that will be your account e-mail address.

Note: You can only have one “Account” e-mail address.

Note: Your “Account” e-mail address cannot be a condensed device.

5. Click the Save button.

Note: Changes to e-mail addresses from the My Account Admin page will be reflected on the Employee Modify page.
