Changing VRU PIN from the Web

Users can change their VRU PIN from the web application. Users should follow the steps below to change their PIN.

1. Login to ARCOS.

2. Mouseover Username and select My Account Admin from the dropdown menu. The My Account Admin page loads.
   

3. Expand the Change Password/VRU Pin section if not visible.
   

4. Type your new PIN in the New VRU PIN textbox.

5. Re-type your new PIN in the Confirm PIN textbox.

6. Click the Save button.
