Setting Up or Changing your Security Question/Answer

A user may want to set a secret question/answer to add security to their account or setting a secret question/answer may be required by your company, depending on their password settings.

To set a Security Question/Answer

1. Login to ARCOS.

2. Mouseover Username and My Account Admin from the dropdown menu. The My Account Admin page loads.

3. Expand the Security Question section.
   
   

4. Select a question from the Question dropdown.

5. Type the answer to the question in the Answer checkbox.

6. Click the Save button.
