Verifying Account E-mail Address

A user may want to verify they have entered their account e-mail address correctly or the e-mail address may be required to be verified by your company depending on their password settings.

To verify your Account E-mail Address

1. Login to ARCOS.

2. Mouseover Username and select My Account Admin from the dropdown menu. The My Account Admin page loads.
   

3. Click the Verify E-mail link next to the e-mail address. ARCOS will send an e-mail to the selected e-mail address.

4. Open the e-mail sent by ARCOS. The e-mail will be similar to the message below.

5. Click the link in the e-mail. An ARCOS page opens confirming the e-mail address has been verified.
