Logging in to ARCOS after a Password Reset Request

After a user’s web password has been reset, the user will follow the steps below to change their password and to login to ARCOS.

1. Open the e-mail sent by ARCOS. The e-mail will be similar to the message below.

   

2. Click the link within the e-mail. The Account Landing page loads in your browser.

   Note: The link will only be valid for a short time (configured on the User Login Admin page).

   

3. Select a Secret Question and type the answer to the secret question in the Answer textbox.

   Note: The Secret Question field will only be available if secret questions are required by the company.

4. Type your new password in the New Password textbox.

5. Re-type your password in the Confirm Password textbox.

6. Click the Submit button.

7.  Return to the login page and proceed to login using the newly created password.
