Follow the instructions below to log into either your QA site or Prod site for the first time. You are prompted to change your password the first time you log in to ARCOS or after your password has been reset.
QA System
Each company has both a QA and a production (PROD) site in ARCOS. QA is used for testing new/changed features, user acceptance testing, training, and demo. Naming conventions for the QA sites are:
http://CustName.qa.rostermonster.com where CustName is the customer's alpha identifier.
It is also important to note that the Inbound phone numbers for QA and PROD are different. The numbers are displayed at the top of the screen.
Production System
Each company has both a QA and a production (PROD) site in ARCOS. Production, or PROD, is the live, real-time site for the customer. Naming conventions for the PROD sites are:
http://CustName.rostermonster.com where CustName is the customer's alpha identifier.
It is also important to note that the Inbound phone numbers for QA and PROD are different. The numbers are displayed at the top of the screen.
When you log in for the first time, you can ask ARCOS to remember your User ID for subsequent sessions. Also, you will only have to type a password twice on your first log in attempt. Once your password is set, you will only have to enter it once on the log in screen.
Upon logging in, users will be directed to the My Account Admin page for any of the following reasons:

The user’s password has expired

The user does not have an e-mail address entered on their record

The user does not have an “Account” e-mail address

The account e-mail address has not been verified
-
The user has not setup a secret question/answer
Users will not be able to leave the My Account Admin page if
-
The user’s password has expired and has not been changed*
-
The user has not verified their account e-mail address*
-
The user does not have a secret question/answer set*
* Items with an asterisk are only required fields if your company has decided to make them required. These settings can be changed on the User Login Admin page.
Note: An “Account” e-mail address is an e-mail address the user has flagged as their account e-mail address on the My Account Admin page and is the e-mail address the user will use to access ARCOS if they use the Forgot Password? link or another user has reset their password.
To Log Into ARCOS

Launch your web browser (Internet Explorer, Safari, Firefox or Chrome).

Type the web appropriate address for your company site in the Address Bar.
QA site example: qa.rostermonster.com/arcos...company="company name" is your company designation
PROD site example: prod.rostermonster.com/arcos...company="company name" is your company designation

Click Go, -OR-
Press the Enter key on your keyboard. The ARCOS Log in screen displays.

Enter your User Log In in the User Log In field.

Click the Remember Me checkbox if you want ARCOS to remember your User Log In.
Note: Some companies do not use the Remember Me checkbox. In these cases, the checkbox does not appear on the company Log In screen.

Press the Tab key on your keyboard to advance to the Password field.

Type your current password in the Password textbox.

Click the Login button.
Note: If you logged into QA, "QA" will appear in the bottom left hand side of the banner.
