There are several components to the ARCOS screen that always display, regardless of the module in which you are currently working. They are defined below.

1 Company Logo |
Logo contains a link that takes you back to your home location in ARCOS. |
2 Location |
The currently selected location that will be accessed for data such as employee information, callouts, and rosters. You can select both Level 3 and Level 4 locations from the top-frame drop downs. |
3 Emergency Phone Book Search |
Link to Phone Book Module. |
4 Name |
Displays the name of the ARCOS user currently logged into the system.
Hovering over the name displays links to the Help Documentation, MyAccount Admin page, Load Results and Legal documentation links. |
5 Notifications |
Click to display the list of notifications. |
6 Log Out |
Closes your current session, logs you out of ARCOS, and returns you to the log in screen.
The button color indicates which server is currently being accessed, PROD is red and QA appears in orange. |
7 ARCOS Logo |
Logo contains a link to the ARCOS, Inc. website. |
8 Inbound Phone Number |
The phone number to use for Inbound calls to the ARCOS system. There are different numbers for QA and for Prod.
QA SystemEach company has both a QA and a production (PROD) site in ARCOS. QA is used for testing new/changed features, user acceptance testing, training, and demo. Naming conventions for the QA sites are: http://CustName.qa.rostermonster.com where CustName is the customer's alpha identifier. It is also important to note that the Inbound phone numbers for QA and PROD are different. The numbers are displayed at the top of the screen.
Production SystemEach company has both a QA and a production (PROD) site in ARCOS. Production, or PROD, is the live, real-time site for the customer. Naming conventions for the PROD sites are: http://CustName.rostermonster.com where CustName is the customer's alpha identifier. It is also important to note that the Inbound phone numbers for QA and PROD are different. The numbers are displayed at the top of the screen.

9 ArcosTime |
Identifies the time of day and the Time Zone in which the currently selected location operates. If you have multiple time zones, when you switch from your current location to one in a different time zone, the ARCOS Time will also update to the new time zone. |
Each tab provides a different functionality and is explained in other sections of this help system. Tabs may display differently, or not display at all, for each user depending on your security settings. |

11 Banner |
The banner, located at the bottom of the screen, displays current information regarding ARCOS. The banner displays information entered by users with the proper security setting and by ARCOS, Inc. Click the banner to refresh and restart it. The banner displays one message at a time along with ARCOS copyright information.
If you right click the word banner, the banner will pause and will no longer cycle through the different messages. |
12 Active Users |
Displays the number of users active on the site. |
