Viewing a Contact's Mass Call Details

When viewing the details of a Mass Call Event, you can view the results for each contact reached. However, you can view even more details about how ARCOS reached the contact on the Mass Call Detail for Event ID - Contact page.

To view a Contact's Mass Call Details

1. Bring up the event via View Open Events page, Mass Call Detail Report or Mass Call Detail by Event ID Report.

2. Click the event ID link to bring up the details.

3. Locate the contact's record in the Mass Call Outcome Results table.

4. Click anywhere in the contact's row. ARCOS displays the Mass Call Detail for Event ID - Contact page.

• Mass Call ID: The call ID ARCOS gave the attempt to reach the contact.

• Device: The device ARCOS tried to reach. This can be a phone number, e-mail address or a SMS address.

• Result: The result ARCOS received for the call. For phone numbers, it can be Answering Machine, Hang-up with No Input or Hang-up with Digits received.

• Call Start: The start time of the call.

• Call End: The end time of the call.

• Duration: The length of the call in seconds.

• Digits: This sections includes the number of seconds into a call digits were pressed. For example, 43,1 means 43 seconds into the call the person on the other end of the call pressed the one  key on their phone.
