Viewing the Details of an Event

After pulling up a Mass Call Event, you can view a list of the contacts that were called, their devices and the final result for the contact.

To View the Details of an Event

1. Bring up the event via View Open Events page, Mass Call Detail Report or Mass Call Detail by Event ID Report.

2. Click the event ID link to bring up the details.

Navigating through the Details of an Event

The Mass Call Event Details page displays two separate tables. The first table gives the details of the event—Mass Call ID, Mass Call Name, Location (the location in which the event was initiated), Owner, Created Date/Time, Data Set File Name and Status.

The second table is the Mass Call Outcome Results table. This table allows the user to view the contacts that were included in the event, their final result, phone numbers included in the data set, e-mail address and SMS address.

Below is an example of the Mass Call Outcome Results table, mouse over any of the fields below and when your mouse pointer turns into a pointing finger, click that link for further information about the field.

 

• Results: The results area displays the contacts call order number (the row number in the data set) and the contact's name, recorded result, first contact phone number, second contact phone number, e-mail address and SMS address. Clicking any where in this area will bring up the details of the selected contact's calls.

Note: If additional fields were included in the data set, they will not be displayed in the report.

• Show Entries: This is a dropdown that allows the user to select the number of records they wish to view at a time. The dropdown allows the selection of 10, 25, 50 and 100.

• Search: The search box allows users to type a string of a text to search for with in the results. After typing the string in the search box, the user must press the Enter key on their keyboard to filter the results.

Note: ARCOS® will search across all fields in the results table to find the text string.

• Navigation Controls: Because the Mass Call Event Details page displays up to one hundred records at a time, there are navigation controls on the report that allow the user to page through the results.

• • First: Returns the user to the first page a results.

  • Previous: Returns the user to the page prior to the one being currently viewed.

  • Page Number: Displays the results on the selected page. The page currently being viewed is grayed out in the selector.
  • Next: Displays the next page of results to the user.
  • Last: Displays the last page of results to the user.

• Showing Entries: Displays the range of contacts (rows numbers in the data sheet) being displayed out of the total number of contacts that were contacted.
