When a callout is created and a custom message is attached, that custom message is played during the phone calls. If a callout needs to use the rollover functionality, sometimes the custom message will need changed to suit the new roster that is called. This could cause confusion to the employees that were called on the first roster, when they call inbound to listen to the custom message for the callout they were called on and the custom message no longer pertains to them.
ARCOS offers the ability to retain the custom message for the employees that were called on the first roster, so they will hear the custom message that was intended for them, when they call the Inbound VRU System to respond to the callout.
