This is an optional feature that is only used by some companies. Match Calling works with Serviceman and Serviceman Helper Primary Classes and Serial Calling; employees are matched by their position on their lists for this callout rule. See the example below.

In Match Calling, ARCOS will begin calling employees from the Serviceman list while the Serviceman Helper list remains in Hold status. If Michael Adams, from the example above, accepts then ARCOS will begin making calls to the Serviceman Helper list starting with Frank White. If Frank does not accept the call then ARCOS will continue to call through the Serviceman Helper list until it is exhausted.
