Some customers have an added feature integrated with their J/A Rule which allows ARCOS to auto-increase the number employees requested when an apprentice accepts. This auto-increase logic will maintain the J/A rule based on the original number of employees requested.
Example:
If a callout is preformed using the 50+A J/A Rule, ARCOS will never allow more than 50% of the originally requested positions to be filled by apprentices.
Callout Example: Requesting 4 employees with 50+A J/A Rule

Not called |
George Barnes was not called because 50% of the originally requested 4 positions were already filled by apprentices (Adam Miller and Charles Jones). The remaining position of the now requested 6 positions can only be filled by a journeyman.
