From the Custom Msgs page, located on the Callout tab and also on the SIREN tab (for companies who use SIREN), you can select existing messages to use in your location, mark messages to be purged, and edit existing messages, if you have the capability to perform all of these functions. If you wish to create a new message, or upload a properly formatted .wav file to use in a custom message, see Creating a Custom Message. The Wave to Web section discusses all of the other functions, such as purging messages, selecting messages for use, and editing existing messages.
To Access Custom Msgs > Message Admin

Click the Callout tab. The Callout screen displays.

Click Custom Msgs. The Message Admin screen for the selected location displays.
Note: Event Location Messages, if used by your company, are not modifiable.

Select the checkbox in the Only display messages for (your location) field, if you want to see only custom messages selected to be available in your location.
Note: All Custom Messages are available to all ARCOS® users throughout the same URL, no matter who recorded them. Deselecting the checkbox displays every Custom message recorded in ARCOS within the user's URL hierarchy.
Note: Not all customers have the checkbox mentioned above, therefore all custom messages are available for use when creating/editing a callout.

Select Custom Message from the dropdown menu. The Message Admin screen displays currently selected Custom Messages.
